Tenderized Steak and Gravy Instant Pot
Ingredients:
- Round/cube Steak
- 1 can Cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom)
- 1 pack Au Jus Packet
- 1 pack Beefy Onion Soup Mix Dry Pack
- 1 Can of beef broth
- Seasonings - salt, garlic powder, onion powder
Set instant pot to sauté. Combine cream of chicken and beef broth. Whisk on sauté until smooth. Add dry ingredients and seasonings to this mixture. Mix well. Add meat. I try to make sure the mixture covers the meat.
Cover and seal. Set on manual for 20 minutes and natural release.
***Gravy is not super thick, so if you went it thicker, add a gravy packet or corn starch.
Should be tender and fall apart!!
